上海台驊 Q4申請新三板上市

台驊控股（2636）昨（16）日應凱基證券邀請舉辦法說會，該集團去年EPS2.7元創新高，今年出口市場不佳，運費水平下壓，台驊副總經理萬心寧指出，集團已在物流端完成架構，將提增進口與內貿物流貨量，讓公司持盈保泰，第四季上海台驊將申請新三板上市。
萬心寧指出，去年首季因為美國西岸怠工事件，運費基期高，今年首季市場貨量、運價都不理想，集團營收表現會比去年差，估計第二季可以開始恢復正常水平。
中國大陸各項數據顯示出口市場疲弱，台驊利用去年完成收購的電商物流「賽奧遞」、企業戶倉儲運輸「聯宇達方」，要將進口貨載與內貿物流營收自一成五提高到兩成。
另台驊將提早大陸新三板上市股票申請，預計今年第四季以上海台驊為主體，加上上海耀驊，也考慮納入聯宇達方來做為上市標的，預計明年首季上市時營收約10億人民幣，估計2018年營業規模達到約人民幣20億元時申請主板上市，資金則用來擴充在大陸的物流倉儲等。
